100W spread across four ports. The argument for this tier is not the headline number but the slack: a 14″ MacBook Pro holds a high contract while three accessories charge, which a 65W unit cannot do at any price.

100W is the hard ceiling of ordinary Power Delivery: 20V × 5A. Above it you need the PD 3.1 rails in 240W USB-C explained. That makes it the top of the cheap, cable-tolerant tier, and the most common desk charger sold.
How the split behaves at this tier
One port takes the full 100W with a 5A cable. Two typically divide into something like 65W plus 30W — the crucial split, since 65W is still a full ultrabook contract, so laptop and phone genuinely coexist. Where it falls short, and who should skip it
It cannot fast-charge a 16″ MacBook Pro. 140W needs the 28V PD 3.1 rail, which this design lacks: the machine charges slowly and can stall under load — that is a Nexode 140W or Anker Prime 140W purchase.
It is a brick, so skip it if you travel light. The 100W body is a step up in volume from the 65W one, and UGREEN's larger units run bigger than equivalent Anker models. For a bag, the 65W class is most of the capability at a fraction of the volume.

Why is 100W the limit for a normal USB-C charger?
Ordinary Power Delivery tops out at 20V and cables are certified to 5A: 20V times 5A is 100W. Higher needs PD 3.1 Extended Power Range — 28V, 36V and 48V rails, and an EPR cable.
Will a 100W charger damage my phone?
No. Every USB-C device negotiates the profile it wants: a phone asks for 9V at a couple of amps and gets exactly that.
How many devices can I charge at once on this?
