Israel: Type H is nearly unique — check before you buy.
Israel runs 230V at 50Hz on Type H sockets, a three-pin arrangement used essentially nowhere else. Modern Israeli sockets are round-pin and also accept Type C, which is the loophole that saves most travelers — but it is why an adapter sold as covering Europe may or may not be the right purchase.

Why "universal" often isn't
The overwhelming majority of universal travel adapters carry four plug shapes: US Type A, European Type C, British Type G and Australasian Type I. Type H is not among them, because Israel is essentially the only market for it. That is not fatal — the Type C position on those adapters does seat in an Israeli socket — but it means the adapter is delivering two pins with no earth. If you are carrying a three-prong laptop brick or any earthed appliance, you need a fitting that names Israel or Type H explicitly.

Voltage: nothing to do
Israel's 230V is inside the 100–240V ~ 50/60Hz range printed on the housing of every USB charger, laptop supply and camera charger sold in the US. The plug adapter is a passive shape change and passes the 230V through untouched, which is exactly what your charger expects. Converters exist for heating elements and motors: hair dryers, straighteners, travel kettles, garment steamers, older shavers. If the label shows one voltage only, it needs a converter or a dual-voltage replacement. Anything that charges a battery does not.

Within a short flight the standard changes completely: the UAE and Saudi Arabia use British Type G, while Turkey and Egypt use Schuko Type C/F. Plan the kit for the whole route using the travel hub and plug types by country.
