The five site-wide criteria are delivered watts, protocol correctness, safety certification, size and price per watt, and track record. In a price band, price per watt is not the tiebreaker you might expect — it is the entry ticket, since every pick here already sits in the band. What separates them is protocol correctness.
Concretely: does the charger publish 5V, 9V, 15V and 20V fixed rails, does it list a PPS range if it claims Android fast charging, and does a multi-port unit state its split behaviour rather than only its total? A 65W two-port charger that collapses to 45W plus 18W when both ports are busy is a different product from one that holds 45W plus 20W, and only the listings that say so can be ranked.

The step change from the tier below is the 15V and 20V rails. A 20W charger tops out at 9V and can only trickle a laptop over the 5V rail; a 45W or 65W unit advertises 20V and becomes a real laptop brick. That single distinction is worth more than any other upgrade in this band.

FAQ
Is a 65W charger overkill for a phone?
No. The phone requests its own profile and draws about 20W to 45W depending on model; the extra capacity sits unused. Buying 65W means the same brick also covers a laptop later.
What does PPS actually change?
It lets the phone request voltage in 20mV steps so the conversion loss happens in the charger instead of as heat in the phone. Samsung requires it for Super Fast Charging 2.0, and most fast-charging Android phones use it.
Do the prices in this band include coupons?

Two ports at 65W total — what do I actually get?
